The Pfatisch pastry shop, founded in 1915 by Gustavo Pfatisch, is a historic business that has been delighting customers with its delicacies for over a century. Originally from Fossano, Gustavo Pfatisch brought his confectionery experience to Turin. In 1921, the pastry shop moved to its current location in Via Sacchi 42, a magnificent Art Nouveau building designed by the famous architect Pietro Fenoglio.
